2. how do i schedule a Cleaning Appointment

Simply give us a call at (813) 285-4280 or fill out the form above to send us a cleaning request. From there one of our customer service team members will call you to discuss our availability.

3. What happens next

You will get a call from one of our managers in a timely manner to inquire about the size of the home and to discuss the chosen cleaning details. They will also talk to you about our prices and provide you with a detailed proposal/quote. In some cases, we can arrange for someone to visit you in person before providing a formal proposal.

4. What happens if I need to reschedule?

We do understand that unforeseen occurrences befall us all but we would appreciate it if you can give us at least a 12-hour cancellation notice. If no notice is given, you will be charged a $25 fee.

5. Do you provide PET-FRIENDLY, CHILD-FRIENDLY or CHEMICAL-FREE cleaning services for people with allergies?

Yes, we provide Green Cleaning upon request.

6. What steps does your company take to insured that the team DOES the job as requested?

Our customers’ satisfaction is one of our top priorities, hence all of our employees are chosen and vetted, and trained by us to guarantee that each job assigned is well done. In addition, to all the training that we provide, we also from time to time will drop in to inspect the detail with the client’s permission of course. 

We also provide a checklist listing that the team uses to assures that all tasks are completed. Once the job is completed, the team is required to do a final walk-through with the client and have them initial each task so there’s no misunderstanding.
